El festival de 3 días se llevará a cabo del 1 al 3 de agosto en el Grant Park de Chicago.
Los headliners de este año serán Eminem, Outkast, Kings of Leon, Arctic Monkeys, Skrillex y Calvin Harris. Otros actos notables incluyen a Lorde, Foster The People, Interpol, Chromeo, Cut Copy, Chvrches, Broken Bells, Warpaint y The Avett Brothers.
Adicionalmente, también estarán presentándose Cage the Elephant, The Head and the Heart, Young the Giant, Portugal. the Man, The 1975, Manchester Orchestra, Kate Nash, The Kooks y Bombay Bicycle Club entre muchos otros.
